Free Venice Drop-in Session

Free Dodgeball for Adults – July 6th 8pm

Looking for a fun way to meet new folks, get some exercise and maybe even contribute to the common good along the way?

Bring your friends to this FREE drop-in session and check out Yacht Club Dodgeball for yourself ahead of our upcoming Summer Season.

This is a game that’s meant to be enjoyed, so don’t worry if you’re not a dodgeball pro. We welcome players of all levels and don’t even keep score, So come out, have fun and make new friends along the way!

SKATE, RATTLE & ROLL – AN EXCITING NIGHT AT MOONLIGHT ROLLERWAY

Skate Night Alert: Wed. June 28th – Join us for a skate-filled night!

Ahoy, landlubbers! Let’s skate, rattle & roll; the Eagle Rock Yacht Club cordially invites you to set sail for a night of groovy wheel-based shenanigans. On Wednesday, June 28th, we’re dropping anchor at the legendary Moonlight Rollerway for an evening of smooth gliding, fancy footwork, and plenty of friendly (but totally non-competitive) banter.

Summer Dodgeball in Little Tokyo

Join us for some fun and friendly competition at our free open gym dodgeball games! We’ve partnered with Terasaki Budokan to bring you this exciting event on select Friday nights and Saturday afternoons. Check the schedule for all the details.

All games will be held at Terasaki Budokan and are completely free with RSVP! Fill out the RSVP form to secure your spot. We can’t wait to see you there!

Note: We want to extend a special thank you to Terasaki Budokan for their generous donation of gym time to make these free dodgeball games possible. Thank you for supporting our community and helping us bring some fun and excitement to our weekends!

Dodgeball is Back!

Four Nights of Free Open Gym Dodgeball

Get back into your dodgeball groove with two weeks of Free Open Gym leading up to our 10-week Winter/Spring season.

Bring your friends and give em a taste of ERYC Dodgeball. We taste great!

COVID UPDATE:
LA City Parks has rescinded its vaccine mandate,
but mask-wearing is still encouraged.

Highland Park Rec Center – Wednesdays Feb 8 & 15 – 8pm

Oakwood Rec Center – Thursdays Feb 9 & 16 – 8pm

*Sorry Valley friends, North Hollywood is TBD ATM due to gym availability

  • You will need to show proof of vaccination (both when you register and day of)
  • 8 Weeks of Dodgeball – off Thanksgiving week

    The Valley: Oct 11-Dec 6 Tuesdays @8-9:30 p.m.

Highland Park: Oct 12-Dec 7 Wednesdays @8-9:00 p.m.

Venice Beach: Oct 13-Dec 8 Thursdays @8-9:30 p.m.

Kids Dodgeball Returns!

It’s dodgeball, but you know, for kids

We’re hosting three nights of Kids Dodgeball at Valley Plaza Rec Center in North Hollywood and are looking for volunteers to help wrangle kids and make sure games run smoothly. Starting this Friday from 7:20-8:40 p.m.

Wet Hot Yacht Club Summer

Full seasons and full teams. LFG!

A few important things to keep in mind:

  • Sign up and we will place you on a team, just like in the before times

  • You will need to show proof of vaccination (both when you register and day of)

  • Masks are still required during game play

  • Register before July 5th to get the early bird price

  • Spots are limited. If you can’t commit for the full season, there will be the opportunities to register as a sub if spots are available the day of. Check in with your league ambassadors!

     

Of course, if you’re up for it, plan on grabbing drinks with your teamies at your neighborhood watering hole after the games.

North Hollywood: July 12-Sept 13 Tuesdays @8-9:30 p.m.

Highland Park: July 13-Sept 14 Wednesdays @7:30-9:00 p.m.

Venice Beach: July 14-Sept 15 Thursdays @8-9:30 p.m.

Dodge Back Better

Yacht Club dodgeball is back, babies!

Over the next few months we’re hosting open-gym-style dodgeball in Venice Beach, North Hollywood, and Highland Park.

Pick your days and register!

A few important things to keep in mind:

  • You must register for each night you will play
  • You will need to show proof of vaccination (both when you register and day of)
  • Masks are required during game play
  • Spots are limited, so please only register for days you know you can make. We want to give as many people as possible the chance to get a little taste of ERYC
  • First three weeks are free (bc we heart you)
Of course if you’re up for it, we’re grabbing drinks after at your neighborhood watering hole and pretending like nothing ever happened. Maybe crying a little afterwards tbh.

      • North Hollywood: March 22-April 26 Tuesdays @8 p.m.
      • Highland Park: March 30-May 4 Wednesdays @8 p.m.
      • Venice Beach: April 4-May 23 Mondays (New Night) @8 p.m.
